Cutting Boards & Tables

We value our customers' satisfaction and take every step to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. For cutting boards and tables, we will email final proofs before shipping. These proofs will include pictures of the front, back, and sides to showcase the wood grain, color, and ensure the product is free of damage while meeting all specifications. Once approved, we will securely bubble wrap the item for safe delivery.

Since these are personalized products, returns are not accepted after proof approval. However, if the product is damaged during transit, we will repair it within two weeks. Please provide clear pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Note that shipping costs for repairs are the buyer's responsibility.

Ready-Made Products

Non-customized, ready-made items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in new and unused condition. The cost of the product will be refunded, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
